I have been working at Ross Stores full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

It would take me hours to come up with one reason to want to work here. Honestly, the way upper managment treats their employees is scary. All you have to do is google tthere name and you will see many many people who agree with me

    Cons

little pay, hard labor. Unsafe work enviroment, HR dept who do not listen to there employees no payroll.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

please give stores more payroll to effectively run stores. Use fair hiring practices and listen to your managers who complain about discrimination. Manage DMs that are trying to get rid of tenured managers to replace with a younger generation

I worked at Ross Stores as a contractor (less than an year)

    Pros

I cannot say there were any pros

    Cons

Buying office in New York was a very cheap office to work in. When asking to secure basic office supplies for your department the answer was always NO. No pens, paper clips, notepads, sticky notes, you name it. Just nothing.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    You treat your employees terribly.
