ProsCoworkers, SOME customers, Staying Busy

ConsPoor Management, Unorganized, Chaotic, Sexual Harassment, Forgotten Breaks, Never Trained

Advice to Senior ManagementTrain your managers to better handle their stores-- They often forget to give employees their breaks, then they blame the employee for not reminding them. However, when they are reminded, they get annoyed. They force some employees to do more than they're supposed to, and they do very little when it comes to sexual harassment from customers in terms of warning other employees. They put their responsibilities on other workers, and they do not properly train their employees. They also will not respond promptly to calls-- Even the important ones involving customers. Better train management. Have better systems for training employees. Fix the overall way the stores work. BUY PAPER TOWELS.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
