I worked at Ross Stores full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Ross offers decent pay with enough hours a week. Good workers that make it an okay place to work if you can pass the time. Not really any pros since it was a bad experience.

    Cons

It is not a fun place to work. Customers always complaining when they are not able to find an item and about the rules of fitting rooms. Training is bad if you get any, they really dot train you in every aspect of the job and expect you to know everything. not really a fun experience.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management needs to listen to workers and training needs to improve greatly.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
