Pros

Only Pro is that you get employee discount.

Cons

Work you like a dog, never praise for a job well done and micro manage you to death.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

More training for employees and more praise. At Christmas, it would be nice if the GM would share some of their bonuses with the employees who made them their bonuses.
