It's a good Temporary job

Sales Associate (Current Employee)
Rock Hill, SC

I have been working at Ross Stores part-time for more than a year

Pros20% discount on clothing and other merchandise, 10% on jewelry. 40% discount on clothing and other merchandise during associate double discount days about 3 times a year. Health insurance offered for full and part time associates. Some what flexible schedules- good for students

Consmostly part time positions, no paid vacations or sick time, minimum wage, less than 30 hours per week (a lot of times 10-18 hours), work can be mundane if slow or closer to closing time, customers are trashy and associates have to clean up after them, a lot of call outs by other associates because no one values their job, except management.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
