    Pros

See title. Ross is growing very quickly and if you are willing to put in the work, it will pay off.

    Cons

You have to earn every single penny you are paid. Pay does improve as you advance, but not s quickly as it should.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Realize you must take care of your team. As the economy improves it will be harder and harder to keep quality talent for the price you are paying.
