ProsThey really care about your development

ConsStore is usually messy, payroll sometimes hard to control

Advice to Senior ManagementYou have to have a strong assistant and stockroom lead to make it with this company. Since your assistant leads most of the store, they have to be extremely motivated. Your stockroom lead has to be great at getting the stockroom associates to work fast, accurately, and efficiently since the stockroom can kill your payroll

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Pros: I learned how to give quality customer service the hard way. Customers are very rude and for some reason feel very entitled.
