Pros

They really care about your development

Cons

Store is usually messy, payroll sometimes hard to control

Advice to Management

You have to have a strong assistant and stockroom lead to make it with this company. Since your assistant leads most of the store, they have to be extremely motivated. Your stockroom lead has to be great at getting the stockroom associates to work fast, accurately, and efficiently since the stockroom can kill your payroll

    Pros

Stable company with continued growth and development opportunities.

    Cons

Management works a ton of hours. Not good place to work for a work life balance.

  2. Difficult in such a high volume store.

    Pros

I learned how to give quality customer service the hard way. Customers are very rude and for some reason feel very entitled. In order to give good customer service and do well you really must not take things said too personally and apologize, smile and offer to make things better for the customers. If nothing works just wish them a good day and move on.

    Cons

Like I said customers attitude and if you close, pick up after the mess left over. Lots and lots of go backs, attempts of thefts, switching price tags at the register.

    Advice to Management

In all honesty, in such a high volume store, more cameras should be installed in areas of high theft in the store.
