Pros

They have flexible hours. They promote from within. The have a a good promotion panel approach so that more than 1 person opinion is considered

Cons

They can improve the problem resolution program it is all talk and no action. Like everywhere payroll is to tight.

Advice to Management

DM and above should be more aware of unprofessional Managers. They could have some EEOC problems. If they pay more attention to how a store is run and not just the numbers they would catch the problems.

    Pros

    - The management is helpful and recognizes good work. - Great chances for job advancement, even encouragement from senior staff to do so. - Overall friendly and positive attitudes among coworkers. - Benefits for part-time workers (20 hours/wk +)

    Cons

    - Not a good place for you if you can't work quickly and efficiently at the same time. - Schedules are very random, although not necessarily in a bad way.

    Advice to Management

At least to the management of the store I work in, "Keep it up!" You guys are great and I appreciate all the help and support you've given me, as well as the recognition of good work and encouraging of advancement.

    Pros

employees get first pick of brand name merchandise. 45% off discount for employees every 4 months. affordable fashions for every budget. no experience necessary to work here. time goes by fast because it's very, very fast paced workplace.

    Cons

strenous work and late hours for low compensation. no chance of advancement here unless you know someone or are a relative of management staff. alot of shoplifting going on both from customers and employees. unjust termination of employees, by simply being friends with a co-worker that was caught shoplifting (guilty by association). the sales floor is almost always messy and unruly because there's not enough staff to mantain it. It is extremely difficult to obtain a full-time position here even by being a hard worker. very little communication and support between customer service/cashier associates and sales floor associates.

    Advice to Management

don't unfairly fire employees by simply making assumptions and without having concrete evidence of any wrong doing. loss prevention should be used for catching real criminals, not for spying on unsuspecting employees.
