Pros

I worked here for a year, and only had a few problems. Super easy job if you show up on time, and actually put forth some kind of effort.

Cons

As always, there's some kind of drama that happens. Juvenile, but it happens. The hours can change based on the season, and the management can be petty. As in, don't show up for a shift one week or don't take a shift that they need you to, and they will schedule you for less hours the next week.

Advice to Management

Don't play with the scheduling, and don't show preference. Overall a decent place to work!

    Pros

Schedule flexibility, discount, easy job assignments and tasks, most upper management is helpful and wants you to succeed.

    Cons

Stressful, minimal employees on most days, not enough payroll, always hiring.

    Advice to Management

Give each store extra payroll to be successful and increase sales.

    Pros

The particular team I joined was full of some of the most wonderful people with whom I have ever had the pleasure to work. The management, at first, were great and willing to work with everyone's specific schedule. It is what it is, and if you go into it knowing that, you shouldn't be disappointed.

    Cons

Once the new manager came on board, he gutted our particular store its soul and everything that made it a not-so-terrible place to work. The workplace became so rigid that within two months 30 people had resigned.

    Advice to Management

Don't be a simple tool, an extension of corporate rhetoric. Learn the lay of the land, the store's unique culture before you start ruining everything that had previously made the store thrive.
