      Pros

      Rotomolding is an Interesting process. Floor people are salt of the earth and hard workers. Small plant provide friendlier atmosphere

      Cons

      Company doesn't invest in new equipment or good people. Temporary CEO's don't know what they're doing. Very low pay for floor positions. Very high employee health care premiums Company doesn't honor employment agreements Company hires only hispanics for the plant (barely above minimum wage)

      Pros

      A lot of opportunities for improve and change. Encouraged making things better and more profitable. Overall a good group of people to work with.

      Cons

      Company needed more time to execute changes being made. Capitalization also was needed to finance and implement all the changes necessary.
