Current Employee – been working at Roundhouse Marketing

Pros – Owner is a very smart and reasonable businessman. Competitive salaries and benefits. Very communicative and transparent. Leadership is always open to listen to your ideas and concerns. Willing to share in the profits and reward good work.

Cons – No clear direction for the future. Mostly junior employees with limited experience with the exception of one or two employees. Tactically excellent, but little strategic focus.

Advice to Senior Management – Invest in a few more senior managers with experience leading, training and mentoring.
