Pros

Innovative International Company. Excellent Senior Management. Good work and life Balance. Growing company. Open working environment. Leading on many fields.

Cons

This con has is related to my situation of being the only remote employee in LatAm which limits face to face interaction with colleagues.

Advice to Management

More frequent meetings at HQ or at international fairs.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

    1. Great benefits, including flex time off. 2. Some good people to work with in other departments.

    Cons

    1. Poor executive and middle management 2. Lack of vision and clarity about the future. The management seem to think that RES will make them a lot of money down the line, but they are sadly mistaken and out of touch with what really works and will make money in the digital media space. 3. No work-life balance if you are on the RES team. It's constantly about rushing releases, poor QA, poor execution, which inevitably leads to customer frustration. It's not a surprise that several high profile customers have decided to leave. If their one marquee customer ever leaves, then they are in real trouble.

    Advice to Management

Look hard at the RES senior management and you will see that's where the problem lies. Get rid of them and put in competent people in their place, and change the process around how sales are done and you will be more successful. This approach of a sales driven organization where no proper scoping is done before a sale is made is what gets the RES team in trouble.
