Great Potential, Missing the Opportunity

Director (Current Employee) Santa Clara, CA

ProsSmart people, good benefits, great potential, security.

ConsLack of vision, poor vertical communication, no technical leadership, continuous poorly planned reorgs, panic driven initiatives to meet quarterly results, poorly treated employees who do not feel valued, under qualified machiavellian senior management, inaccessible HR, advancement by cronyism, acquires under performing complementary technologies to augment the patent portfolio instead of developing and leading in the industry.

Advice to Senior ManagementBefore the walls come down, and the patent trolls come to the fire sale, get focused and deliver.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
