“confusing”
I have been working at Rovi full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – convenient location and campus, good cafeteria
Cons – lack of opportunities, quite average compensation, no vision
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
