I have been working at Rovi
Pros – good benefits, good non-cash comp
Cons – de-centralized, travel, no clear promotion paths
Advice to Senior Management – get better conferencing system (perhaps use more video conferencing), let folks be entrepreneurial. show people how to get promoted.
