I have been working at Royal Bank of Canada

    Pros

Management takes pride in employees and provides them the necessary tools to perform and are performance is recognized and rewarded

    Cons

Some of the employees have been at one desk for over 20 years.. Encourage people to move and learn other areas of business every 3 years

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Encourage job rotation. Hire people on merit and desist from hiring on references. Open branches longer hours and launch Sharia compliant products to tap into the niche market as a market leader.
