I have been working at Royal Bank of Canada

    Pros

The REESOP - Stock sharing plan, company paid benefits, paid vacations, competitive salary, great bonus structure, great BCP plans, good brand name, and overall a very successful company to work for!

    Cons

Structure wise it seems that seniority is far more important than the actual wits and smarts of certain individuals

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Build more on your employees and make them want to be there working for you! See potential and allow those with it to flourish!
