    Pros

For interns - Great projects, training, people for F/T or permanent its a different story altogether ...

    Cons

outsourcing, bureaucracy, crazy working hours, lots of hours but low pay or no bonus plus threat of outsource or layoff

    Advice to Management

    Don't outsource your core competency.

I worked at Royal Bank of Canada

    Pros

    Good benefits, lots of opportunities

    Cons

Pay is low, tellers start part time and mobile with barely enough hours to pay the bills and may need a 2nd job when you start. Very sales driven and everything tracked.
