I worked at Royal Bank of Canada as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

Working at RBC feels relaxed in the work setting. The RBC culture is very relaxed and as long as you complete your work, there is a laid back approach to how things work. The privacy and freedom is also great

    Cons

Pay is low as in any bank, and at times there doesn't seem to be much work to do. This is bad for employee engagement.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Have more engaging work and higher pay at the same time

    Recommends
    Neutral Outlook
    Approves of CEO
