    Pros

Well managed, very diverse workforce and established reputation. This company has a good name for being one of the most financially stable and sound. Friendly work environment and great benefits.

    Cons

As all large companies face, it is difficult to change certain strategies, procedures for change unless there is approval from the top, and it could take months to years to implement something.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep people motivated and help more with career development for ambitious/driven people.
