Strong company earnings, great outlook.

    Pros

Good people, good exposure, chance to make your mark very quickly if you are even reasonably good

    Cons

Poor technology, still lightyears behind other banks

    Advice to Management

Improve standard of interns, improve technology, include brand recognition

    Pros

Challenging and pleasant experience with Projects.

    Cons

Not enough documentation for some of duties ( I personally I like to have documentation for work processes, that’s why I write and try to get a sign off for documentation that I create during my job).

    Advice to Management

The most important is t be a human to lead with strength and kindness in order to develop people. To be among them to find out the issues or the reasn for success in some areas. Showing them that you realize that they are working hard, just saying thank you for your hard work makes such difference. Maybe after a big successful project having a lunch with them.
