    Pros

Good company to work for. Pay well and have a strong focus on employee growth and education. Lots of courses and training available.

    Cons

Recent crisis has made working there less appealing. Remains a good company for the future however. Problem with keeping some staff on that aren't good enough at their jobs

    Pros

If you find yourself with a good group of people, the negatives can be overlooked.

    Cons

There are far too many negatives to be overlooked. The company tries to cut costs in the wrong places. If you pay peanuts you get monkeys. HR doesn't know what its doing.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Reward the indians and stop padding each other pocket's, the business might last longer .
