very very very UK centric

Prosbenefit packages(outside of compensation)
new building and facilities in US
few very bright and competent people

Consbusiness is centred around UK decision makers. There global businesses who do not have empowerment locally to take advantage of local economies.

bad leadership results in bad attitude with subordinates and thus we have bad business results and thus being the mess they are in.

no bonus 2 years running for non-money makers (finance,IT,operations,etc)

Advice to Senior Managementreward all who sacrifice they're personal time for sake of good of company.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
