I have been working at Royal Bank of Scotland full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

    Benefits besides pay.
There are a few good people but most everyone has blinders on and can't think outside the box.

    Cons

    Lack of leadership or accountability.
Do not listen to employee feedback.
Do not care of career path and could care less if you leave
Senior Management is disconnected from what is actually going on.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need a changing of the guard and need to streamline processes.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
