    Pros

    For most part a fairly apolitical environment where people are typically looking to do the right thing (vs. other investment banks)
    Lots of opportunity to get involved in, and grow with, strategic initiatives.

    Cons

    The negative press gets to you
    For any given role, for most part, you will paid some very average numbers vis-a-vis the industry (though people sometimes forget that the firm gives lots of opportunity to grow)
