Current Employee – been working at Royal Bank of Scotland full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – There are a lot of great people in RBS Romania (former ABN AMRO). The former organizational culture helped build a very tight and professionally dynamic team.
A lot of learning opportunities.
Cons – not so much organizational transparency
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
