Former Employee – worked at Royal Bank of Scotland full-time for less than a year

Pros – 1. If you are lucky enough we may get chance to work on newer projects with latest technologies.
2. Good work life balance.
3. Free transport facility.
4. Subsidies lunch.

Cons – 1. Most projects are legacy projects.
2. Inter departmental transfer is very difficult. People has to go through multiple rounds of interviews like external candidate.
3. You can only get promoted if there is internal requirement for higher role and clear multiple rounds of interviews like external candidate.
4. Annual bonus not good in India.

Advice to Senior Management – Cut the bureaucracy.
