I have been working at Royal Bank of Scotland full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

    Good compensation.
    Transport facility
    Good infrastructure
    Domain learning

    Cons

    Non technical management
    Politics and politics.
Managers favour to their dear ones
Indian Managers are like slaves to their London counterparts they are kind of 'zee hazur' guys
    Very less technical work.
Managers even ask 'where are you' if you are absent from your seat for more than 15 mins except lunch hour.
Will advise not to join this company if you are a technical guy.
