Possibly good for someone with patience, family and wanting a relaxed job.

ProsEvery place has its pros/cons, but having said that people are generally friendly/pleasant. Overall, firm culture is laid-back. Work hours aren't bad.

ConsUncertainty about medium or long term direction.

Total Comp will be less than other banks. Some corporate title-inflation exists (e.g. VP's getting promoted unexpectedly to MD) to narrow pay differential.

No sick leave, sick days come out of vacation leave.

Advice to Senior ManagementAny specific requests/guidance from them would be really appreciated and acted upon, quickly.
