rccl cruising all over the world ,,,rccl has 22 ships and one of the worlds largest ships in the world...

Cons

everything are wonderful,,i was in other cruise lines but this is the best especially for benefit and what we earn here

    the best company to work with,highest benefits for crew members,beyond compliance and highest standard work place safety.

    long iterenary,big ships not full,not 100% guests prepaid

    change to short or 7 days iterenary..

    I have been working at Royal Caribbean Cruises full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    only best reason is to travel and meet some nice guest but nothing else is worthed cos work on rccl ship is too much and not appreciated from the management

    Cons

    working long hours like a slave,no respect from management RCCL has policy that they most of time never follow up

    uper management never listen to the simple crew member so its no worthed to advice them anything...
