rccl cruising all over the world ,,,rccl has 22 ships and one of the worlds largest ships in the world...

Cons

everything are wonderful,,i was in other cruise lines but this is the best especially for benefit and what we earn here

    the best company to work with,highest benefits for crew members,beyond compliance and highest standard work place safety.

    long iterenary,big ships not full,not 100% guests prepaid

    Fantastic product
    Exciting, always changing and growing

    Cons

    Very political at headquarters
    So concerned with what Carnival is doing that they lose sight of their strategic plan
    Tendency to promote people for wrong reasons
    Not a good environment for strong females

    Company wastes a lot of money on programs, technologies that they do not fully utilize
    Re-evaluate your leadership team, especially at AVP / VP / Director level
