I have been working at Royal Caribbean Cruises as a contractor for more than 3 years
Pros – the best company to work with,highest benefits for crew members,beyond compliance and highest standard work place safety.
Cons – long iterenary,big ships not full,not 100% guests prepaid
Advice to Senior Management – change to short or 7 days iterenary..
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
