ProsDetail oriented, Managed extremely well by Adam Goldstein and Richard Fain. Royal Caribbean are the most innovative companies out there, with the ships being extremely technically advanced. Marine and Hotel Operations clearly have the best of the best people in the business.

ConsIT department is huge, and as a result there is little to no decisions or support.

Advice to Senior ManagementCompany is clearly led from the top, however too much emphasis placed on IT and sometimes information is not communicated.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
