ProsFlexibility in maintaining a work life balance, consensus building decision making metrics, strong communication channels from upper management to all staff

ConsMedical benefits not that good, extremely low pay increments and its less than the inflation rate, low yearly bonus payout

    Good company but huge bureaucracy
