Promotions hard to come by
Constant restructuring and downgrading of jobs

Your people retention strategy is lacking. I'm seeing more and more colleagues leaving, those who stay do so because they are in their comfort zone.

    - perfect location in the center of London
    - instant feedback

    - focus on teamwork and cooperation

    - interns are taken seriously and are assigned to projects that matter
    - internships can easily lead to a full-time job offer
