Respect to people, lots of opportunities to develop, decent pay, good work/life balance, great opportunities to work in different countries

Cons

Promotion- not easy, delegation- not enough of

    Travel the world. Not too much pressure. Good working environment

    Awful UK salaries
    Big company, plenty of committee like behaviour
    Lots of dead wood in the organisation

    Fire the bottom 5% or so of performance each year. Make people more accountable. Develop a genuine performance based company

    Your people retention strategy is lacking. I'm seeing more and more colleagues leaving, those who stay do so because they are in their comfort zone.
