I worked at Royal Free NHS full-time (more than an year)

Pros

Has registrar support for all medical specialties. Surgery is a little hit and miss. Excellent consultants however, very renowned with some big surgery occurring!

Cons

Surgery very hit and miss, the urologists were known to be abusing their house officers a few years back. A&E is quite quiet for a London job, most of the major trauma gets redirected to UCH, St Mary's etc.
