    Pros

    A lot of opportunities, flexible hours, lots of overtime, extra work at Christmas, a good benefits package.

    Cons

    Managers do not manage staff as individuals, one dimensional whip cracking management style, full of little cliques, quite an overwhelming atmosphere.
