company needs to get act together. just look at employee turnover.

Prosrewarding work.helps bring a bit of happyness to the less fortunete

Conshours that you have to work are bad. with no extra for sundays or unsocial hours even though the company recieves extra from social services. some workers had no pay rises for 7 years.

Advice to Senior Managementstart looking after your workers. frozen wages for 7 years?. notice, not for management whoes wages keep going up nicely. wages of the workers in the north east getting close to mimimum wage.
