I have been working at Rubio's Restaurants

    Pros

This was a fun job. Good company to work for. Lots of support from the management and a fun working atmosphere.

    Cons

It is a pretty basic job (unless you're a manager) and you have to deal with all the downfalls of working with angry customers etc.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The management at my store was great. A little more structure in the expectations would be helpful. It is important for managers to have product knowledge which is one other thing that may be lacking.
