Pros

The money can be very good. Especially on a weekend, and depending on the neighborhood.

Cons

Unprofessional environment/management. Hours are long and unpredictable. Not understanding in emergency situations. They constantly change the menu, which really isnt that big of deal, but the managers dont tell you until the day before, when it says in the company guidelines that the proper procedure is WEEKS before. then when you make a mistake when the menu is introduced, you are ridiculed and verbally abused.

Advice to Senior Management

Be more mature about situations. treat your employees as employees and not children. once i was actually slapped on the hand, like a five year old that took a cookie before dinner, as punishment for not seating in the proper section.
