I spent many years of my life working for Ruby Tuesday and I would have to say one of the best reasons to work for Ruby Tuesday would be the benefits. They have a good benefits package for the management. Their pay pretty good also.

Cons

As with any food service career, especially management, the biggest downside would be the quality of life. You will work a lot of long hours

Advice to Senior Management

Really take a close look at some of the people the Area Directors are promoting to GM's. I have seen a lot of people get promoted in the market I worked in that had no business being GM's.
