management disrespect, fine dining move was stupid.

Advice to Senior Management

your employees are literally the face of the company. treat them better. Cutting their benefits first is not a wise decision. It makes them miserable and this is conveyed to your customers. PLUS, the move to "fine dining" was STUPID.
