Pros

Good people to work with and large company benefits. Typical service industry pluses. Pay can be decent.

Cons

Positives not recognized, and unrealistic goals are placed on operational management. The executives all progressed through company but seem to forget the operational life style. Can't stick to just one thing, constantly changing their goals and reasons for doing the things that they do. Secretive at times. It seems like the company as a whole can't just figure out its path and do it. Often feel like we are working just to avoid getting fired.

Advice to Senior Management

Be honest to all of your employees and have more transparency.
