Good food, good intentions, some good processes,

Knee-jerk management, lagging communication, inability to move to the next step sometimes

    I personally enjoyed my management team and the people I worked with

    Dumb rules, bend over backwards for complainers (some warranted, some I wish they would just let them leave)

    You make as much as you put into it.

    Cons

    Only moved up as far as bartender. never asked to be shift leader or manager after 5 years

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    See who is the hustlers who want to make things work in the company and than allow those to move up if there just to make 45$ and than go home keep them low.
