Ruby Tuesday – “By far the most disguisting place I've ever worked.”
Pros
The job itself is so easy, the place pretty much runs on it's own. The employees are mostly great people on a personal level. They have the best ribs ou t of a lot of places.
Cons
This company will turn the most uneducated person in the world a manager, which in turn destroys any hope for profits. The company standard for cleaning is to spray everything down with windex once at the end of the night, need i say more. No one cares about the cooks wearing gloves, thier personal hygene, or how sick they are, just keep working. From the management point of view, the job is terrible because upper management just makes up rules as they go. There is no type of communication going on between managers, except what they had to drink last night. They tell you to lie to employees, just to keep them happy. There is no type of paperwork involved at all, no W-2's, no contact sheets, nothing on paper that states you work for this company, and the employees can get away with "murder", as long as they show up, but even then depending on senority, they don't even have to show up all the time, and still keep their jobs.
Advice to Senior Management
The upper management need to come up with a better way to distribute new information instead of saying one thing on paper, another on the KDS system, and something completly and totally different in person.
