I have been working at Ruckus Wireless full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Awesome brand, awesome products, awesome story - totally a game-changer in the Wi-Fi world

    Cons

New management may come from "big name" companies but they have no experience with startups - they do not understand that as managers they are supposed to lead - with a very focused, clear and apparent direction. Instead they lead with ambiguity and zero transparency. Change is good, it's necessary, and new ideas are always good - however at the end of the day those ideas need to be relevant to the market, industry and target - this is not a consumer product at the end of the day, you cannot mimic what those companies do there's no point.

    Advice to Management

You're going to lose people who know the industry and know the customers, and there's no amount of money you can throw at different initiatives to increase sales, or make the stock price go up.
