Cons

Getting too ambitious in pursuit of beating KLA, too many acquisitions and mergers , unable to concentrate on core technologies, very few growth opportunities and prospects because the company is shrinking.

Advice to Senior Management

Need to be concentrate on core products and what the customer needs. Needs more control over customer support and provide more opportunities to talented individuals
