I worked at Ruffalocody, Llc part-time for less than a year

    Pros

$10 per hour, there are opportunities to become a student manager, only have to work 10 hours per week minimum.

    Cons

Having to ask people for money, being listened to by the managers, having fundraising goals that are way too high, if you call in sick for 1 weekday, you basically have to do a double on a Sunday, which is 7 hours and that's a lot for a college student.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Lessen the pressure on the employees..we're college students and shouldn't have to have that much stress.
