I have been working at Rule Financial part-time (less than a year)

Pros

Interesting projects, good positive ambience in the office, multinational company that is continuing to grow despite the crisis, opportunities for self imprivement and training, employee reviews, employee benefits

Cons

I have only been with the company for a year so I can't really say I have come across the cons yet. It is an active company which makes an effort to be an open book with employees, to inform them and involve them in everything

I have been working at Rule Financial

    Pros

    - friendly and relaxed atmosphere,
    - senior stuff supportive (if you show you care),
    - opportunity to try "a bit of this and a bit of that" of financial markets

    Cons

    - it's a consultancy, so you'll earn less than working directly for clients (banks that is)
    - you may be dropped to boring, fill-in-the-capacity-gap projects

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Not sure if management can do anything about it. For obvious reasons they are not going to abandon some of the boring projects that you may end up in.
