Former Employee - Clinical Research Coordinator II in Chicago, IL

    Pros

The hospital really stresses catering to their patients and providing the utmost comfort. The work environment is friendly and not stressful. Everyone in the clinical research in the pediatrics department was very supportive and really dedicated their time to helping you in your research even though they themselves were extremely busy. Everyone was very happy with their job.

    Cons

There weren't too many cons. The human resources department was inefficient at times and sometimes it will take a long time for them to get back to them. Issues with payment and hiring takes a long time to get to the board.
