I have been working at Russell Investments

    Pros

Mostly genuinely good people - pleasant to work with, Solid benefit package

    Cons

Continual consternation in terms of direction, little appreciation for doing things right - more focus on getting them done (lack of quality in G&A functions), extreme brain drain as experienced workers are routinely replaced with fresh college graduates, Senior management is very skilled but the middle layer is quite weak

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

experienced talent is better than politically savvy talent - it would also be nice to hear what our 5 year goal is - many feel that we do not have a future that goes out that far

    Doesn't Recommend
    Approves of CEO
